The problem with page builders
Elementor, Divi and Bricks grow by accumulation until the vendor owns the ecosystem. Your content lives in a proprietary format, your site depends on the plugin to render, and switching means rebuilding. Power gets traded for lock-in — and everyone quietly accepts it.

Our thesis: unbundle the builder
Ship a deliberately small core that hosts the GrapesJS engine and exposes one public API. Let an open marketplace deliver everything else at runtime. The same API that powers the default blocks powers third-party ones — so an ecosystem can actually form. And because pages are saved as portable HTML, there's nothing to lock in.
A build tool, not a runtime dependency. Deactivate the plugin and every page keeps rendering.

The build service
Turns any npm or Git package into a signed, verified browser bundle on demand — the supply side of the marketplace.
The storefront
gjs.market — where extensions, templates and services are discovered and sold, with authors, reviews and payments.
What makes it defensible
A verified supply chain: sha512-signed bundles, an on-demand build pipeline, and fixed, non-rebindable endpoints.
An open public API means every author builds on the same rails — network effects accrue to the marketplace, not a single vendor.
No lock-in is a feature, not a risk: it lowers the cost of adoption and wins trust that closed builders can't.
A self-hostable, brandable catalog turns agencies into distribution.
Where we are today
